In November 2019 I joined a small team of talented developers and Air Force Subject Matter Experts to create an Aircraft Maintenance Course taught in Virtual Reality. The goal was to give each student a more contextual learning experience supporting each student to learn and review at their own pace. Student test scores were compared to the test scores of the traditional classroom course to show the effectiveness of a Virtual Reality based learning environment.
